1. How easy is it to have a business generator up & running?

2. Can you make it look like the rest of my site?

3. Can I trial it first?
You get 30 days free trial, if you dont like it you dont have to pay for it.Just give us 48 hours notice prior to the end of your free trial period.
4. Am I limited to products, text & Images?
You can add up to 10000 products with text & images before it stops. If you add very large images that havent been resized & compressed before uploading then it will take longer to build the database & slow down the connection with you & your online customer. Whats more is that if you decide to keep the business generator you get a free image resize/compressing software included.
5. Is the business generator search engine friendly?
It is fully search engine compatible with a built in 'Search Engine Optimisation' tool and an automatic Meta Tags builder.
6. Can my customers find products easily on your business generator
There is a powerful search engine which is built into the cart. The end user can search for specific products which works hand in hand with the meta tag builder.
7. How much is Your Business Generator?
Prices start from £350 plus VAT (UK) for a basic business generator. Thats less than £1 pound a day.
The price really does depend on whether you want a basic presence, intergrate it within your own site or have a completely new design. We have found that each customer has their own selling pitch and want to reflect this into their online presence.
8. I sometimes have one day sales to get rid of stock, can I change the information easily?
Yes you can, and the best part is that once the sale/offer/discount is over all you need do is call up all products on sale/offer/discount and either change back or delete. Its that fast and that simple.
9. Do I have to get a merchant account?
Most of our customers start with a simple account that is 'https' secure and is fully recognisable within the ecommerce industry. Before making a decision speak to Rod (01904 768932)who will go through this in more depth with you.
10. I dont know how to resize/compress images, in fact what is resize/compress images?
If you go to this site and have quick read through it will explain it in more detail image compressing
If you are using windows xp or mac you can also manipulate images using their inbuilt software or we can guide you some online image editors to work alongside your 30 day free trial.
11. I need support especially in the first couple of weeks/months do I have this?
Yes, we anticipate that you will need email & phone support and this is one of our unique specialities. We dont leave you on your own. If its 8pm on a Saturday night and you have a query, you are welcome to phone 01904 768932 or email us which is the recommended option.
12. I dont like signing up as a new customer before I can purchase a product is this part of your generator?
No we acknowledge that a customer visits your site up to 7 times before they make a decision to buy. We know it can very frustrating that you have now decided to buy a product and you are stopped before moving to the next stage of purchase, only to fill out your details and then wait for an email to verify you.
Your business Generator is set up much the same as if you are purchasing from a shop.
Your customer can select the product/s and fill out their details before submitting their method of payment. Simple!
13. I have loads more questions that I cant find here I need to ask beforehand
